Rick Laboda

Rick Laboda is an Employee Relations Manager and attorney with extensive management-side experience in HR, employment, and labor law. They have advised executives and HR personnel across various industries and have represented companies in matters involving union contracts, leave issues, and workplace investigations. Rick previously served as an attorney at the Law Office of Rick Laboda and as an Employment & Labor Attorney at Vigilant, where they represented member companies in administrative litigation and labor negotiations. They hold a JD from Seattle University and bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Business Administration from the University of Washington, and they currently work as the Director of Employee Relations at JLL.
