Rob Flatt is a Chartered Building Surveyor with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as a Director at JLL since 2013. Based in Exeter, Rob specializes in dilapidations, building surveys, contract administration, party wall awards, and defect pathology. Prior to JLL, Rob worked as a Senior Associate at King Sturge from 1999 to 2012 and held assistant roles at Malcolm Hollis LLP and Drew Pearce. Rob graduated with a BSc(Hons) in Building Surveying from the University of the West of England in 1998.
