Rob McRitchie is a seasoned Land & Development Advisor with extensive real estate experience across multiple U.S. markets. Recognized as an authority in urban in-fill and adaptive reuse projects, Rob aids clients in identifying opportunities and navigating urban acquisition, disposition, and development challenges. They serve as an expert in downtown Los Angeles and lead JLL's overseas residential sales practice, facilitating logistics for Asian sales events. Previously, Rob held positions at Jones Lang LaSalle, The Koll Company, and Heisman Properties, where they oversaw the development of historical buildings and became adept in tax credit programs. Rob is currently pursuing a BS in Urban Planning & Development at the University of Southern California.
