Robert Bossa

Robert Bossa is a retired civil engineer with an extensive background in construction and project management. Serving in the U.S. Navy from 1978 to 1994, they held various positions, including Resident Officer in Charge of Construction and Project Manager, retiring as a Lieutenant Commander. After their military service, Bossa worked at Turner Construction and JLL, where they managed significant projects, including a large renovation for CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. They also contributed to the Charles County Government as an Engineer III, overseeing numerous capital improvement projects. Bossa earned an AAS in Drafting and Design Technology, a BSCET in Civil Engineering Technology, and an MSCE in Civil Engineering with a focus on Construction Management.
