Robert Gebhardt

Global Experience Services Director

Robert Gebhardt is a Global Workplace Experience Strategist with over 30 years of experience in various sectors including Restaurants, Retail, and Healthcare, currently leading Workplace Experience for the Americas at JLL. They have been instrumental in launching JLL’s integrated workplace hospitality programs aimed at enhancing user interactions and workforce engagement. Previously, Robert held senior roles at Merck, Somerset Medical Center, and Schering-Plough, and served as Past President of the Society for Hospitality and Foodservice Management. They earned a degree in Hospitality Management from Sullivan University and have completed executive coursework in Organizational Design and Innovative Change Management from Stanford University and UC Berkeley. Robert's contributions to the field have been recognized with an honorary Doctorate of Foodservice from NAFEM, and they are certified as a Facility Management Professional by the International Facility Management Association.
