Previously, they held multiple leadership roles at Whirlpool Corporation, including International Controller and Assistant Corporate Controller, where they successfully managed financial reporting and compliance for various international operations. Robert's early career included significant positions at EY and Xperianz, enhancing internal audit functions for publicly traded clients. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Central Michigan University.
