Robert Twigg, PMP, is a Vice President in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Public Institutions group in Washington, DC. Since joining JLL in 2001, they have provided comprehensive real estate advisory services to government clients, focusing on Public Private Ventures and government acquisition processes. Prior to JLL, they served as Deputy Director of Contracting in the US Army, specializing in Air Defense Artillery, Operations Research, and System Analysis. Robert holds an MBA in Executive Management from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Frostburg State University.
