Ron Ruffner

Ron Ruffner is a commercial real estate broker with over 25 years of experience in various aspects of the industry, including development, landlord representation, land sales, and tenant representation. They served as Vice President at Cresent Resources from 1999 to 2008, followed by a role as Senior Vice President at Cassidy Turley Commercial Real Estate Services from 2008 to 2014, which was later acquired by Cushman & Wakefield. At Cushman & Wakefield, they directed leasing efforts for approximately 1.5 million square feet of Class A office space from 2008 to 2017. Currently, Ron holds the position of Senior Vice President at JLL. They obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of South Florida.
