Ross Butler

Ross Butler is currently a Senior Director at JLL, leading HSSE efforts across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, while also serving as the UK Disability Pillar Lead for the Health, Wellbeing, and Disability Empowerment Resource Group. They have extensive experience in health, safety, security, environment, and quality (HSSEQ) management, having held leadership roles at organizations such as Cushman & Wakefield and M&G Real Estate. Ross is a Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health and a Practitioner Member of the Institute of Sustainability and Environmental Professionals. Their commitment to advocacy is highlighted by their roles as a Disability Rights and Anti-Bullying Advocate.
