Ross Howard

Ross Howard is the Managing Director at JLL, where they partner within the Tenant Consulting Group to develop strategies for clients and corporate occupants across the United States. Ross specializes in lease restructures, expansions, relocations, site searches, and dispositions, addressing complex real estate evaluations at local, regional, and national levels. Prior to their role at JLL, Ross worked as a Research Analyst and held an internship in Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop. Ross began their career as a Research Associate at CoStar Group. They earned a BA in History from the University of Virginia, having previously attended Woodberry Forest School.
