Sam Meer

Sam Meer is an experienced corporate real estate professional currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Canadian Lead for Integrated Portfolio Services at JLL since April 2018. At JLL, Sam leverages advanced technology to enhance portfolio optimization, focusing on reducing real estate costs while improving employee engagement and efficiency. Prior to this role, Sam was the Principal and Senior Vice President at Newmark Knight Frank Devencore for nearly two decades, where strong analytical and negotiation skills were applied to address complex real estate challenges and drive significant savings for clients. Sam began the career as a Finance Manager at the Royal Bank of Canada, providing financial modeling support. Sam earned an International MBA in International Business & Finance from the Schulich School of Business and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Development Economics, Finance & Marketing from the University of Toronto.
