Sam Poulter has extensive experience in quantity surveying, having held positions at multiple leading firms in the construction industry. Sam began a career at ISG plc from June 2011 to June 2019 as a Quantity Surveyor, followed by a role at BAM Construct UK as a Project Surveyor until August 2020. Subsequently, Sam returned to ISG from August 2020 to September 2024, continuing as a Quantity Surveyor. As of January 2025, Sam is employed at JLL in the role of Quantity Surveyor - Projects Services UK&I. Academically, Sam holds a Foundation degree in Built and Natural Environments and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Quantity Surveying, both from the University of the West of England, obtained between 2008 and 2016.
