Sam Shum has over 16 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, beginning in 2007 in Hong Kong. At JLL since January 2011, Sam Shum has held various roles, starting as a Senior Negotiator in the Shanghai OLA team and later moving to the Shanghai Markets team as an Associate Director. Prior to joining JLL, Sam Shum worked at PropertyOne Limited from April 2008 to November 2010, where responsibilities included the role of Senior Leasing Officer.
