Scott Rhoades is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and leadership in the construction industry. Rhoades began a career in project controls at Black & Veatch from 1997 to 1999, later serving as Senior Project Manager at James G. Davis Construction until 2015. From 2015 to 2018, Rhoades held the position of Project Executive at Gilbane Building Company. Following a tenure as Project Manager at Scott-Long Construction, Inc. from April 2018 to August 2021, Rhoades currently serves as Senior Project Manager at JLL. Rhoades holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from Bradley University, completed in 1997, and is certified as a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction.
