Sean Halpin is currently engaged in Maintenance & Engineering leadership at JLL, having transitioned into this role in 2025. Prior to this, Sean held various positions, including Head of Construction Aftercare at Domis Construction and Associate Director at Rider Levett Bucknall. Sean also served as Head of UK Building Maintenance at Tesco from 2016 to 2022 and worked as a Group Property & Projects Manager at Fairpoint Group PLC between 2015 and 2016. With a background as a Building Surveyor at Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service from 2012 to 2015, Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Surveying from the University of the West of England, which was completed in 2012.
