Senthil Kumar B is a seasoned professional with 22 years of experience in various roles within the construction and fit-out industry. They have managed a diverse range of projects including corporate interiors, airport terminals, five-star hotels, IT and ITES office interiors, co-working spaces, and commercial high-rise buildings across the Middle East and India. Senthil held positions such as Senior Manager at L&W Construction Pvt Ltd and General Manager at Workafella, and currently serves as Director - PDS at JLL. They possess extensive procurement exposure from China and Europe, managing design, project, quality, and procurement functions throughout their career. Senthil earned a Bachelor of Architecture from Adhiyamaan College of Engineering.
