Shad Rounds

Shad Rounds has extensive experience in corporate real estate, starting as a Senior Vice President in the Corporate Real Estate Group at Bank of America from 2006 to September 2015, where responsibilities included managing the office and retail regional real estate portfolio. Since September 2015, Shad Rounds has served as an Account Director at JLL, providing transaction and investment services for acquisitions, dispositions, and renewals for notable corporate clients such as Regus/IWG, Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, NCR, and AdventHealth. Shad Rounds oversees renewal and disposition negotiations for a portfolio of 540 office locations. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Appalachian State University.
