Sharad Rastogi

Sharad Rastogi is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in technology and business leadership. Currently serving as CEO of Work Dynamics Technology at JLL Technologies since 2020, Rastogi is focused on developing advanced technology products for commercial real estate, emphasizing sustainability and data-driven solutions. As President of JLLT, Rastogi successfully doubled revenue to over $200 million in just two years. Previously, Rastogi held prominent roles at Dell Technologies as Chief Product Officer, driving significant transformations in software strategy, and at Cisco as Vice President and General Manager of the Enterprise Routing business. Other notable positions include Senior Vice President at JDSU, General Manager at Avid Technology, and Partner at Bain & Company, where Rastogi led critical initiatives in strategy and operational improvements. Rastogi holds advanced degrees from The Wharton School and Boston University, along with a Bachelor's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
