Sharyn McAndrew is the Director of Sustainability at JLL, where they apply over ten years of experience in the real estate sector to integrate sustainability throughout the property life cycle. Prior to their role at JLL, Sharyn served as Divisional Director at Savills Ireland and has held positions such as Procurement Manager at CMP and Office Manager at Laing O'Rourke. They are committed to building strong relationships and delivering realistic solutions that address sustainability targets across various areas, including ESG and energy efficiency. Sharyn also contributes to the industry as a Board Member of the Sustainable Energy Finance Association. They hold a certification as a Certified Energy Manager from SQT Training Ltd.
