Shelby Weber, NCIDQ, possesses a diverse range of experience in design, coaching, and project management. Starting as a Design Consultant at The Home Depot, Shelby developed knowledge in home and commercial projects while assisting clients. With a background in sports, roles as Head Coach at Pitt United Girls Volleyball Club and Women's Volleyball Assistant Coach at La Roche University focused on player development and mental toughness. Shelby also contributed to event planning and artistic design at Sweetwater Center for the Arts and managed ADA compliance projects for the City Planning Department of Pittsburgh. As the ZeroLandfill Program Leader at The Pittsburgh Center for Creative Reuse, initiatives were aimed at community sustainability. Shelby's tenure at Desmone involved leading and mentoring teams, project management, and crafting design strategies. Most recently, as a Design Manager at Gensler, Shelby has been instrumental in design strategy and leadership. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design with a minor in Interdisciplinary Sustainable Studies from La Roche University.
