Shuman Tan, AICP, is currently a Senior Manager in Strategic Consulting at JLL, a position held since 2021. Previously, Shuman served as an Associate Transportation Researcher and Assistant Research Scientist at the Texas A&M Transportation Institute from 2012 to 2017, after starting as a Graduate Assistant Researcher there.
