Simon Chan

Simon Chan, CPA RICS, is an Executive Director at JLL in Greater China, specializing in deal structuring, valuation, corporate finance, family office, and multi-investment strategy advisory. With over 20 years of experience, Simon has provided corporate finance, deal advisory, and valuation services to a diverse range of listed and private companies, particularly for investments, IPOs, M&A, and financial reporting across various industries. Prior to JLL, Simon served as a Senior Manager at PwC and a Senior Manager/Partner at Deloitte, where expertise included advisory, audit, due diligence, transaction services, and corporate finance. Simon holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Melbourne (1990-1992).
