Simon Greenfield

Simon Greenfield is a dedicated sector leader with 25 years of experience in Property Strategy, Business Management, Interdisciplinary Design, and Consulting. They have worked with corporate, government, and community organizations to realize untapped value from asset portfolios throughout the real estate lifecycle. Simon’s expertise in applying design thinking enables the creation of impactful and sustainable experiences that align with human-centric outcomes. They founded Greenfields Design and Consulting and held various roles, including Director of Asset Management at Unison and Senior Director at JLL. Simon is currently pursuing further education at Stanford University and RMIT Online.
