Simon Latson

Simon Latson is the Head of PDS Living for the UK and Ireland, leading the Residential Building Consultancy team at JLL. They have over two decades of experience in building surveying, having previously served as a Director at Deloitte and Jones Lang LaSalle, where they provided comprehensive services across the residential property sector. Simon also holds a position as a Board member at First Garden Cities Homes. They earned a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from the University of Westminster and an HND in Building Studies from Guildford College of Further and Higher Education.
