Simon Lynch

Simon Lynch is the Head of Rental Advisory at JLL Hong Kong, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, Simon served as a Managing Partner at Dwyer Lynch & Co from 2016 to 2022 and as an Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield from 2002 to 2015, where they oversaw the Valuation & Advisory service line across Asia Pacific. Earlier in their career, Simon was an Associate Director at Chesterton Petty from 1997 to 2002. Simon earned a BSc(Hons) in Urban Estate Surveying from The Nottingham Trent University between 1989 and 1993.
