Simon Phillips

Simon Phillips is an experienced EMEA Occupancy Planning Manager currently at JLL, where responsibilities include leading occupancy planning initiatives. Previously, Simon worked at HOK from 2009 to 2020, progressing through roles such as CAD & DATA Specialist, Senior Consultant, and Senior Planner, focusing on data management and strategic space planning for a variety of clients. Prior to HOK, Simon gained significant experience at Nortel from 1984 to 2000 as a Space Planner, where they managed office relocations and refurbishments. Simon’s career began as a Mechanical Engineering Apprentice at STC from 1980 to 1984.
