Simon Ross

Simon Ross is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition for Capital Markets, Leasing, Functions, and Early Careers across APAC and EMEA at JLL, where they also held the roles of EMEA Talent Acquisition Lead and Global Head of Talent Acquisition - Markets. Previously, Simon served as a Senior Recruitment Manager at Mace and an Account Executive at Randstad MENA. Additionally, Simon held positions as an International Consultant and Junior Account Executive at Hill McGlynn and worked as an Executive Search Consultant at Cellence Plus. Their extensive experience spans various roles in talent acquisition and recruitment management in the real estate sector.
