Simon Scott

Simon Scott is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as the Lead Director of Living Capital Markets (UK) at JLL since November 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing investments in multifamily and single-family housing, as well as sectors like student, later living, and healthcare. Prior to this role, Simon was the Chief Development Officer at SACO from March 2013 to October 2015, focusing on site acquisitions for apart hotels. Earlier experience includes serving as Investment Director at Watkin Jones & Son Limited, where Simon was involved in the acquisition and structuring of investment opportunities, and as Director at Savills, leading the residential investment team. Simon began a career in real estate at Keningtons Chartered Surveyors as a Surveyor, and holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Estate Management from the University of Greenwich, as well as being a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS).
