Simon Taylor

Simon Taylor is a Director at JLL, having joined the company in December 2021. Prior to this role, Simon Taylor served as an Associate at Cushman & Wakefield from September 2015 to December 2021, where responsibilities included work as a Chartered Building Surveyor in the Affordable Housing Valuation department following the merger with DTZ. Simon Taylor began this career as a Chartered Building Surveyor at DTZ from November 2012 to September 2015 and held a Graduate Surveyor position at CBRE from September 2010 to October 2012. An early career was started with a Student Work Placement at Gilmore Hankey Kirke Ltd. in 2009. Academically, Simon Taylor holds a MA in Architectural Conservation and a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying and the Environment, both from the University of Plymouth.
