Soi Smith

Soi Smith is an experienced professional with a strong background in culture, diversity, and employee experience. At JLL, Soi held multiple roles including Director and Engagement and Partnerships Manager in the Culture and Employee Experience department. Prior experience at Trinity University involved serving as Coordinator for Diversity & Intercultural Relations, where Soi managed and coordinated diversity, equity, and inclusion programming. Soi also contributed to the Center for Multicultural Affairs at Florida State University, collaborating on diversity initiatives at a major research institution.
