Stan Hauseman

Stan Hauseman is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in franchise development and construction management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at JLL since January 2022, Stan previously held roles including Design & Construction Project Manager at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, where responsibilities included overseeing an average of 35 store openings annually and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project feasibility. Prior experience includes roles at Aaron's, Inc, where Stan was a Regional Director of Franchising and managed the approval process for franchise owners in the US and Canada. Additional experience encompasses development management at Cold Stone Creamery and operational leadership at Interactive Motorsports and Entertainment. Stan holds a degree from Georgia State University, completed in 2003.
