Stephanie Marcus is a seasoned senior-level project manager and currently serves as the Vice President of Advisory Services at JLL. With extensive experience managing projects valued at approximately $300 million, Stephanie has directed project teams across various activities, including budgets, bids, permits, and construction management. Previously, they held positions at several organizations, including JPI, Aimco, and Home Properties, where they oversaw the development of multi-family units and retail spaces. Stephanie's expertise includes project management (PMP), site selection, financial analysis, and design oversight, and they have contributed significantly to numerous successful projects throughout their career. Stephanie is currently pursuing their education at the University at Buffalo.
