Stephanie Oss

Stephanie Oss is currently the Global Director of Proposal Content & Knowledge Management at JLL, where they lead a team in managing and writing proposals and presentations for new business pursuits. From 2017 to 2022, Stephanie served as a Business Development Manager and Regional Team Lead at JLL, collaborating closely with sales teams to devise effective strategies. Prior to their role at JLL, Stephanie worked as a Marketing Associate at Scriptel Corporation, where they supported various marketing efforts, and as a Remodel Rollout Room Coordinator at Target, acting as a liaison for remodel projects. Stephanie began their professional journey as a Publishing Intern at Thomson Reuters. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marketing Communications & Journalism at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
