Stephen Gilbert

Stephen Gilbert is currently the EMEA Technical Services Director for Data Centres at JLL. Previously, they served as the International Critical Engineering Manager at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions and held various leadership roles in facilities management, including UK Region Operations Manager at CBRE and DCEO Facilities Manager at Amazon Web Services. Stephen began their career in electrical and maintenance roles, including being a Shift Leader at Alfred McAlpine/Carillion/Johnson Controls and a Contract Manager at Optimum Group Services, where they managed multiple data centre operations and initiatives focused on energy efficiency. They possess extensive experience in personnel management, client relations, and compliance within high-stakes environments.
