Stephen Jenco

Stephen Jenco is an experienced research professional with a strong background in market analysis and strategy. Currently serving as the Vice President and Director of New Jersey Office Research at JLL, they leverage market knowledge to support brokers and clients in making informed real estate decisions. Previously, Jenco held various roles at Grubb & Ellis Company, culminating in the position of Vice President, Director of Research & Marketing, where they managed research and marketing operations. Jenco began their career as a Facilities Coordinator at Merit Behavioral Care, demonstrating a diverse skill set in coordination and operations. They are currently pursuing education at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
