Steve Carlos

Steve Carlos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director at JLL since April 2015, Steve has held multiple roles including Director and Senior Associate. Prior to JLL, Steve was the U.S. Customer Support Manager at Keystone Automotive Operations, focusing on delivering exemplary customer service. A Program Management Office Intern at Fidelity Investments, Steve undertook critical process improvement initiatives. Steve’s career began in the United States Marine Corps, where leadership roles included Senior Security Advisor, Foreign Military Advisor, and District Commander. Academically, Steve holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, an MS in Applied Data Science from Shiley-Marcos School of Engineering, and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
