Steven Rouleau, CPA, is a Senior Finance Manager for Global FP&A at JLL, where they manage financial transparency and drive strategic financial planning. Their diverse background originated in construction, where they managed teams and projects before returning to college after a life-changing accident, ultimately graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. After starting their career with EY as an Assurance Intern and later advancing to Real Estate Assurance Senior, they leveraged their expertise in technical accounting and due diligence into a dynamic role at JLL. During their tenure, they have contributed significantly to impactful projects, including a $2B merger and the enhancement of financial control frameworks for the Americas.
