Steven Schleider

Steven Schleider, MAI, FRICS, LEED AP, currently serves as the Senior Managing Director of US Valuation Advisory at JLL since July 2022, leading the NY Tri-State Area commercial real estate appraisal and advisory practices. Prior to this role, Steven co-founded Metropolitan Valuation Services in June 2003, establishing an independent commercial property appraisal and consulting firm serving the New York Metro market. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Berklee College of Music.
