Steven Serling

Steven Serling is currently the South Region IFM Director at JLL, where they support Wells Fargo. With extensive experience in facilities management and operational excellence, Steven has demonstrated leadership in several prominent roles, including as the Director of Facilities Operations at Yale School of Management and the Director of Facilities Process and Controls at NBCUniversal Media, LLC. They have a strong track record in business development, strategic planning, and optimizing employee experiences, consistently exceeding expectations while maintaining high standards of personal excellence. Prior to their current role, Steven also managed building operations at Bridgewater Associates and served as Facilities Manager & Project Manager at JCCA, showcasing a diverse skill set in both management and technical areas.
