Tara Gibney

Tara Gibney blends her passions for talent strategy, organizational transformation and driving growth as the Head of Human Resources for Work Dynamics. She brings deep strategic HR partnership expertise to the business with nearly 20 years of human resources experience in the industry. She returned to JLL in 2022 after various HR leadership roles with Cushman & Wakefield. Tara was previously with JLL from 2005 to 2015 whereas she served in a variety of HR roles across the organization.
