Teddy Leatherman

Theodora “Teddy” Leatherman is the Managing Director of the Dallas branch of the National Student Housing Capital Markets business for JLL Capital Markets, Americas. They joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and have eleven years of experience in student housing equity placement and investment sales, participating in over $10.8 billion in real estate transactions. Prior to JLL, Teddy worked at Marcus & Millichap and HFF, with a focus on Texas student housing. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business, and are an active member of The Real Estate Council. In their spare time, Teddy enjoys wake surfing, skiing, and supporting dog rescue initiatives in Dallas.
