Thomas Stevenson

Thomas Stevenson is currently the Head of Partnerships and Senior Director for London Land at JLL, where they focus on transforming large-scale opportunities in both public and private sectors into sustainable living communities. Previously, Thomas spent ten years at Countryside Properties PLC, where they progressed through various roles, leading significant regeneration projects and managing partnerships during challenging market changes. Thomas is actively involved in industry initiatives and serves on multiple boards, including the JLL Living Land Board. They are pursuing a BSc Hons in Property Planning and Development at Kingston University.
