Thomas Wise

Thomas Wise is currently serving as a Regional Engineering Manager at a 2.2 million square foot office/retail property in lower Manhattan, overseeing major MEP upgrades and tenant build-outs. Previously, Thomas has held various engineering roles, including Lead Engineer at Related Companies, where they managed large-scale projects, and Operations at the New York City Department of Environmental Protection. Thomas began their career as an Apprentice Ironworker, progressing to Foreman, before transitioning into engineering roles at Johnson Controls and CBRE. They are pursuing a degree in Stationary Engineering from IUOE.
