Tim Edwards is a seasoned operations and transaction management professional with 16 years of experience in defining operational strategies and implementing solutions across high-volume environments, from Wall Street to NYC commercial real estate. Currently serving as a Senior Manager, Transactions at JLL, Tim has executed over 2 million square feet of transactions since 2016 and manages Morgan Stanley’s Americas real estate portfolio. Prior to JLL, Tim held significant roles at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, Deutsche Bank Securities, and Wachovia, contributing expertise in real estate, trading, and operations. Tim holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from The University of Georgia.
