Tim Kastens

Tim Kastens is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the real estate and construction sectors. At JLL since February 2007, Tim has held various leadership roles, currently serving as Senior Director and Account Executive, overseeing acquisitions, dispositions, new lease procurements, and outleasing for the US Postal Service Transactions Management Account. Prior to JLL, Tim worked as a Vice President and Project Manager at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company from July 2002 to January 2007, managing notable construction projects such as the renovation of Nourse Hall and Narthex at St. Alban’s Episcopal Church. Tim holds an MBA from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School and a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in Construction Engineering and Management, from Virginia Tech. Additionally, Tim earned a degree from Technische Universität Braunschweig.
