Tim Lauricella

Tim Lauricella is the Executive Director of Solutions Development at JLL, where they develop corporate real estate and integrated facilities management solutions for clients. With over 20 years of industry experience, Tim has a diverse background in facilities management, operations, and project management, having previously acted as an account director for a large transportation client and led a facilities management team overseeing a significant portfolio. They are passionate about coaching and developing future leaders within their organization and continually leverage their knowledge in psychology to better understand client needs and foster authentic relationships. Tim's education includes a Bachelor's degree from Oakland University and ongoing studies at Eastern Michigan University.
