Tim Nelson

Tim Nelson, CCIM, is an experienced commercial real estate broker specializing in medical office and office leasing and sales. They have represented landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers in various transactions throughout Southeastern Wisconsin, accumulating experience in acquisition, disposition, and property management. Tim holds a BBA in Real Estate and Urban Planning from the Lubar College of Business and is currently a Vice President of Brokerage at JLL. They have served on the Board of Directors for CCIM Wisconsin and held multiple positions in local government, focusing on positively impacting their community.
