Tim O'Connor

Tim O'Connor serves as the Executive Director and Head of Office Leasing Australia at JLL, where they drive the growth of leasing services across the country. Leading a team of 70 professionals, O'Connor has successfully overseen an average of 400,000 sq. m. transacted annually since 2007. Their career in commercial real estate includes roles in Sydney, Hong Kong, and Shanghai, where they were instrumental in significant projects such as the AIG Tower and International Towers Sydney. Prior to their current role, O'Connor held positions at FPD Savills, CBRE, and Savills, contributing extensively to landlord representation and project leasing.
