Timothy Grant

Timothy Grant is a highly skilled consultant specializing in office facilities acquisition and disposition, with extensive experience in commercial real estate. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at JLL, they have directed over 6 million square feet and approximately $2 billion in lease and sale transactions across Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Peninsula. Previously, they held senior leadership positions at Avison Young and CBRE, where they established market dominance and managed significant leasing portfolios. Timothy began their career in the Irvine/Newport Beach area before transitioning to the Bay Area in 1997 and is currently pursuing a BA in Geography Ecosystems at UCLA.
