Todd Albert, MAI, MRICS, currently serves as the Executive Director and Regional Managing Director for JLL in the Great Lakes Region, overseeing valuation activity and managing a team of commercial appraisers. With 20 years of experience in commercial real estate appraisals and advisory services, Todd has previously held management roles at Colliers International and CBRE, where they focused on valuation and advisory services. In addition to their current responsibilities, Todd is the national practice leader for JLL's manufactured housing practice and has successfully started new appraisal offices for various firms in the industry. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University and is pursuing a Master’s in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
